A website can be managed by more than one account on CyStack Platform- these accounts are called Website members. There are 3 types: 

  • Owner: Can use all functionalities including payment, member management and applications for security analysis (Scanning, Monitoring, Responding, Protecting).
  • Developer: Can use applications for security analysis, view scan reports, and receive alerts about events occurring to the website.
  • Guest: Can receive scan reports and alerts about events occurring to the website.

Users can add new members to the website they manage by going to General Settings - Members and type in the email of any person and determine his/her role.
